At Roanoke Valley Counseling Center, we are extremely excited to launch our YouTube Channel! Check out our first couple of videos by Chris Brown, LMFT and Kaitlin Turmel, LCSW.

Our first videos have been developed in collaboration with Cave Spring Elementary School PTA to help parents and children navigate the challenges associated with virtual learning and hybrid schooling. Learn some proven techniques to balance school work and free time with Chris. You can also learn how to navigate issues associated with anxiety and anxious behaviors with Kaitlin.
