- Laura St. Claire believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and is dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where people can grow. She specializes in supporting adolescents and young adults through life transitions, emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, trauma, and self-image concerns. Laura also works closely with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, helping them navigate identity, attachment issues, and values exploration. Laura approaches counseling from a strength-based and trauma-informed perspective, incorporating mindfulness practices to enhance emotional resilience. She draws from Existential and Relational Cultural therapy, focusing on the interconnectedness of life experiences and relationships.
